My passion is to work shoulder-to-shoulder with creatives, visionaries, and like-minded individuals to build communities, products, and services that ignite and inspire.

As an operations executive, I partner with startups and nonprofits to provide strategic and operational leadership and execute transformative initiatives. With 15 years of experience in launching and scaling innovative ventures, I offer executive expertise in operations, financial modeling, culture building, fundraising, team building, marketing strategy, change management, and project management.

Currently working as a consultant, I am a strategic operations executive and fractional chief of staff partnering with organizations that are ready to take their operation and executive leadership to the next level. I am the Founder of In The Round, a social enterprise that hosts in-person craft circles for teens and adolescents, and the Co-founder of CraftJam, an online platform that connects crafters and instructors. As the West Coast Regional Manager, I scaled Glamsquad across the West Coast, and as the General Manager, I launched Good Eggs in Los Angeles.

Based in Los Angeles, I am the mother in a blended family with four kids. I sit on the Boards of the Harvard Heights Neighborhood Association and the Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust.
